The IC570 uses Siemens Simatic as PLC. Our software is easy to use and allows flexible programming of the drying process, every parameter can be adjusted. Drying can be done in up to 10 cycles and reported statistics give you insight into the effectiveness of the drying process to optimize your end result.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

Quality

The IC570 is the most compact machine in its class with a footprint of only 240 cm x 170 cm x 115 cm and a loading volume of up to 380Kg.

Service

Wave is headquartered in Austria. We supply and support customers throughout Europe. The IC570 is equipped with remote maintenance. Spare parts are always available. We also have a service center in the US which services our US customers, as well as in India, Dubai and Spain.

Energy efficient

The IC570 uses a dual chamber coldtrap that enables infinite drying capacity and best use of energy, while one tube is cooling and collecting the water the other is defrosting using the excess energy of the cooling process, on top there is no defrost time loss anymore.

Costs

Our goal is to offer the best price-performance ratio for freeze dryers. The IC570 is available from 175.000 EUR, exlcuding vacuum pump.
