OTHER EXAMPLES

We have customers from Ethiopia drying high-quality coffee, almond milk from California, unique fruits from the Amazon dried in Brazil, algae from South Africa, ginger extract, and dates from Saudi Arabia, among many other products.

How It's Done

We achieve this by providing our most sold model, the FD440, adapted for worldwide use. It comes with worldwide connectivity, an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for unstable electricity, and can be produced to suit any country’s electricity standards. It can work in harsh, dusty, or cold environments and be adapted for use with nitrogen for citrus fruits, with more power for defrosting, stainless steel trays, and much more. Our technicians can access the machine for diagnostics and to help you find the perfect recipe for your materials.

What We Provide

Besides the machine, we offer consulting on the drying process of your particular product, packaging, shipping, and selling your product to end consumers on platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, Instagram, and through Google in your own shop, among others.

For this, we will provide you with a 50-hour consulting voucher worth up to 2000 EUR  for a marketing expert in your region on Upwork to help you get listed and start sales. We also provide you with a comprehensive list of ways to sell products directly online worldwide, including information on production, packaging, listing, design, shipping, and marketing.

We will also grant you a discount on the machine and/or upgrade the machine to your specific needs and help you find financing options if necessary.

Traditional Soups from Thailand

This highly appealing product involves a rural customer producing a variety of traditional soups on location, using vegetables, spices, and other ingredients from nearby. The soup is cooked with relatively low fat (about 5% only), then cooked down to a thick broth and freeze-dried. The product is sold at a premium and is already packaged on location into single-meal portions. The noodles are added in the destination country, where it is also packaged and branded by resellers. This family business dries 50 kg of broth/24h, resulting in about 10kg of soup powder, which is then packed into 500 pieces of 20g packages, selling each at about 40 cents. This results in a turnover of about 5000 EUR/month at costs around 2500 EUR, including the financing of the FD440 Freeze Dryer.
