The 40570 has been designed for operations in challenging environments and conditions, suitable for long-term relief efforts, humanitarian missions, and military use. This unit is quick and simple to deploy and has the capability to dry up to 10,000 meals every 24 hours. It includes a fully equipped kitchen for material preparation and requires only a 100KW power supply, typically from a generator, to function. Additionally, the water extracted during the drying process can be filtered and purified for drinking purposes. The 40570 is versatile and can be used to dry a variety of foods including meals, fruits, poultry, and fish, enhancing nutrition. It can also extract water from plant materials and soil, converting it into potable water. Currently, the 40570 is in an advanced stage of planning and engineering and is expected to be available for orders by Q4 2024.

Mobile

The 40570 integrates four IC570 units alongside a kitchen within a standard 40" shipping container. This machine simply requires an electrical hookup and can be fully operational within just a few hours.

Autonomous

The machine is equipped with everything needed for mass and continuous operation. It includes a tablet washer to clean tablets after each run, a high-pressure cleaner for washing the chambers, and freezing capabilities for all 416 trays of the unit. Additionally, it features a kitchen designed to prepare and package the material efficiently. It comes with extensive maintenance resources, replacement parts, and tools to ensure continuous operation. Equipped with Microsoft's HoloLens 2, the Wave team provides remote assistance for operation and repairs, enhancing support and efficiency.

Powerfull

The machine can dry up to 2,000 kg of material over 24 hours on its 416 trays, each measuring 40x60 cm, which equates to approximately 10,000 meals per day. Additionally, it has the capability to extract 2,000 kg of water from soil, plants, or similar sources to produce potable water.

Technology

The 40570 is equipped with eight of our most powerful cold traps to facilitate fast and efficient drying. It utilizes two large Edwards screw pumps and Blitzer compressors for freezing. The operation is managed through a Siemens-controlled PLC, which maintains constant communication with our service center via mobile network, Skylink, or satellite network, ensuring optimal performance and immediate support.
