How long does delivery take?

Standard lead times are 1 to 4 months depending on the machine and options. Express (8 weeks) and super-express (5 weeks) production slots are available at an additional cost.

Do you offer installation and after-sales support?

Yes. We offer on-site introduction in Europe, the USA, Asia, Africa, and South America, plus 24/7 customer support over WhatsApp, video call, and phone. Extended warranty packs up to 3 years are available.
